is an English football club based in Fulham, London. Founded in 1905, they play in the Premier League and have spent most of their history in the top tier of English football. Their home is the 41,837-seat[2] Stamford Bridge stadium, where they have played since their establishment. Chelsea had their first major success in 1955, when they won the league championship, and won various cup competitions during the 1960s, 1970s, 1990s and 2000s. Since 1996, Chelsea have enjoyed the most successful period in their history. Overall, Chelsea have won four league titles, seven FA Cups, four League Cups and four FA Community Shields. The club have also been successful in continental competitions, winning two UEFA Cup Winners' Cups, one UEFA Super Cup and one UEFA Champions League title. In 2009–10, the club won their first "Double"[3] and in 2012 became the first London club to win the UEFA Champions League.[4][5]
Chelsea's regular kit colours are royal blue shirts and shorts with white socks. The club's crest has been changed several times in attempts to re-brand the club and modernise its image. The current crest, featuring a ceremonial lion rampant regardant holding a staff, is a modification of the one introduced in the early 1950s.[6] The club has sustained the fifth highest average all-time attendance in English football.[7] Their average home gate for the 2011–12 season was 41,478, the sixth highest in the Premier League.[8] In April 2012 it was ranked by Forbes Magazine as the seventh most valuable football club in the world, at £473 million ($761 million).[9][10] Since 2003, Chelsea have been owned by Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich.

The Squad & Tactics

Season Expectaions

well as the title says ill be hoping to begin Chelsea's reign of dominance. but for the forthcoming season my main objectives are :
* Reach Quarter Final of champions league
* Win UEFA super cup against Athletic Madrid
* Top 4 of Barclays Premier League
* Semi Final of Capital One Cup

the other main aim is to end the season with a profit as financial security is a very important part of the business

Pre-Season

to get my players to match fitness . me and my staff have arranged 9 friendlies, our first 5 games are away to Vitesse , Montreal Impact , Puerto Rico Islanders , Fc Edmonton and Hamilton. then we head back to Stamfor Bridge to face Oil Rich PSG before heading to Argentina and Spain to face Huracan and Athletic Bilbao , before finishing at home to Udinese

Regarding transfers. ill be looking at some of our older players during pre-season to see if they still have to quality to move this club in the direction where trying to go. we will also be sending our scouts out to try and find young talent that can fit into the style of play ill be looking to implement through the whole of Chelsea Fc mainly looking towards young players for the future..
at this moment in time where looking at a few players but will not be announcing anything until all deals are confirmed

during the month we managed to sell players that we felt did not have a part to play in Chelsea's future as we are looking to bright young players.
The players Leaving Chelsea are :

* Florent Malouda to Juventus - $7.5m
* Yossi Benayoun to Athletico Madrid - $4.75m
* Hilario to Roma - $725k
* Ross Turnbull to Newcastle United - $925k

the board have notified me that the fans arnt happy with the departure of Ross Turnbull

August

Community Shield

Wembley Stadium
Attendance : 90000

Manchester City vs Chelsea ( 1-1 ) Manchester city win 3-1 on penalties

very disappointed with this result because we absolutely dominated this match nearly trippling City's chances and having 67% possession. Manchester city eventually took the lead from a Carlos Tevez strike in the 58th minutes, but with time fastly running out Juan Mata pooped up to equalise in stoppage time to take the game to penalties which Manchester City prevailed

English Premier League

Reading vs Chelsea ( 1-2 )
Chelsea vs Wigan ( 1-0 )

UEFA Super Cup

Athletico Madrid vs Chelsea
Im very happy to have picked up our first piece of silverware for the season. long may it continue

The highly anticipated draw for the UEFA Champions League has been made.

Here is the draw for the Capital One Cup
as you can see we have drawn fierce rivals West Ham and are confident of moving through to the next round

Board Confidence

* Chelsea Fc's performance in the UEFA Super Cup has been a particular highlight
* However fans are slightly disappointed with the departure of Florent Malouda
* End of month profit of $1.4m

to summarise the board are very happy with my management of the team at this very point
