Get youth players? As in regens? Then no. The first regens arrive in the game on March 3rd (in Mexico) and follow a specific date. If you are in England, you will get them on March 13th every year. If you want, I can give you a list of regen arrival dates.
The youth players you're going to get in your first season are already in your squad when you arrive, and I should be names from the real life squad.
