I have a similar problem:

I have a problem loading FM Genie Scout 13. I have the latest patch of the game (13.2.2) and the latest version of Genie (beta 11 build 338). The following error appears when trying to load:

"Football Manager is not found.

Please, make sure yo uare using Football Manager 13.1.2
and higher.

If you're sure and the problem persists, try to run FM Genie Scout
with administrator rights."

I am sure, the problem persists and I have tried to run it with administrator rights. Any help, anyone? Restarting, reloading and reinstalling does not help.

Check if Fm saves the files compressed, just in case untick this in the options
then save and quit fm
start gs as an admin and wait till its conmpletely loaded
now start fm and load your save
return to gs and try to load the game
if it still doesn't work, try to make a new save with just 1 league to test

Didn't work. Any other suggestions?

Loaded Genie Scout for the first time yesterday and it worked fine at first, tryed it again yesterday evening and it would work.

Sorry that should have been 'wouldn't work'.

There is a new version of FM13 since the update yesterday. You have to wait for a new version of geniescout. I am sure Eugene works hard to finish it like he always does. Just have a little patience

Guys this is not just a fix or a patch. This is a database change so it's going to take a little longer for Eugene to update GS. Just be patient.

Μήπως ξέρεις αν μπορώ να απεγκαταστήσω το τελευταίο update γιατί δεν ανοίγει ο genie;

Game is boring without genie scout =.=
My in-game scouts are all lying.

Please, be patient. SI overperforms this year. 3 patches during last 3 days. If they don't release 13.3.3 hotfix today, the scout will be released tomorrow at the latest.
