Recent Fixtures

We've done so well recently and so far we've gone 36 games unbeaten. My favorite fixture was against Chelsea were we thrashed Chelsea 5-1 and Danny Welbeck scored a hattrick. Welbeck,Wilshere and Andre Schurrle have done extremely well for me, constantly putting in brilliant performances and constantly scoring! Varane is really starting to develop as he has one 5 young player of the month awards so far which is simply wonderful. We have managed to extend the gap at the top to 6 points as both City and United have droped points at one point or the other.

New season, new treble

What an amazing season this has been for us. We have already won the treble and we're only in december!

To make sure we won the treble we had to win the world club championship. In the semi-final we faced Chivas. This was a fairly easy game. They showed us too much respect and we took advantage of that as we defeated them 3-1. A brilliant performance from Danny Welbeck in particular. Winning this game put us into the final, and that's when the players realized we were on for the treble.

In the final we faced Palmeiras, a much tougher opposition that Chivas, they didn't shows us any respect at all but once again we proved that you can win things with kids if you train them well. We won this game 1-0 thanks to a Raphael Varane goal from close range. We had done it, we had won the treble in two consecutive seasons, I don't think I can recall any other team who has done what we just did!

Danny Welbeck won player of the competition. Second place was Jack Wilshere and third place was Varane.

Fucking brilliant Seni, that's all I can say :P

R: We're here with the boss Thierry Henry. Thierry sir, you've turned this club around, last night you did the unthinkable, you won the club a second treble, how do you feel?

Th: Bonjour, my friend I feel like I'm in heaven. Last night when I took part in an open interview for the fans I cried. I just couldn't keep the emotions in, to win the treble once is something, but to win it twice, winning three different trophies.....*lump in throat* its something special.

R: A huge congratulations Thierry, well done. Now for some transfer talk. We here we've made a bid around 25 m for a striker in the premier league, is this true, will the deal go through?

Th: I will not lie to you, this is true, however whether the deal will go through I don't know due to the funds, I'm hoping the board can help me with this transfer.

R: Can you tell us who it is?

Th: *smiles* I'm afraid not, I am allowed to but I don't want to. If the deal goes through then you wait and see.

R: The fans have been wondering how long you plan to stay for? They don't want you to leave!

Th: My heart is the Arsenal badge, my home is Arsenal. Will I leave one day.. I don't think so.

Thanks glenn! :)

The big signing

The moment all our fans have been waiting for, who was the big premier league star we were going to sign. The only information I gave people was that he was a striker and a very good one. The player was unhappy with his life at his club, saying he wanted to move to a bigger club. Immediately I read this I knew this was our chance to sign a world class player. We payed around 25,000,000 for him and I think he's worth it but it may be to early to say such a thing.

Who is he?

The one and only.... Luis Suarez. Welbeck is our only striker right now and he is injured so I made sure I bought Suarez, a player who can also play in the midfield too which is very useful.
Suarez is a great player but his attitude is not the best. However I'm determined to work on that.

Arsenal go 50 games unbeaten

Arsenal FC have successfully gone 50 games unbeaten. This is a huge achievement as no team has ever done that. The closest team was Arsenal's Invincible's who went 49 games unbeaten before being defeated by Manchester United. This time around Arsenal were in no mood to be stopped as they defeated Newcastle 5-0 to ensure that they broke the previous record to set a new record.

The game after that for Arsenal was against Tottenham were they drew 3-3. Luis Suarez scored on his debut and I'm sure that will please many fans.
I would love to know how much you spent on Suarez? He could turn out to be a huge signing for you if you make sure he players a lot of games. You have surely got to play him instead of Welbeck! A great story so far, keep it up.

Bought him for 30 mill. Yes he will definitely start over welbeck :P

Arsenal sign Keisuke Honda

Arsenal have signed Keisuke Honda on a free transfer. The 27 year old was released by his former club CSKA Moscow. Arsenal will be paying him 44k p/w.

Thierry had a few words about the signing

'' Honda is a very good player, he is very experienced too. To get a player of his class on a free transfer is a very good deal and we're pleased that he's now an Arsenal player''.

Honda himself had a few words to say about joining Arsenal

''I'm very pleased to join a team such as Arsenal. Also being able to play for a man such as Thierry Henry is a great honour''

Meanwhile Arsenal are still unbeaten in all competitions. However next up is a tough fixture against Chelsea

Recent Fixtures

One of our recent fixtures was against Man City in the capital one cup semi-final. We narrowly won this game 3-2 meaning we are in the final once again. The team we must beat to win the cup is Newcastle United.

In the league we are still unbeaten and we have managed to extend our lead at the top to 11 points.

The Demolition of Burnley

Last night saw us thrashing Burnley 5-0. This victory was inspired by a brilliant hattrick from our new signing Keisuke Honda. Luis Suarez also scored 2 goals in the game at Turf Moor.

The players were very relaxed before the game as Burnley were currently in 19th place. While we were first place and 11 points clear. Burnley showed us far too much respect and allowed us to pass the ball around and play quality football. They were even scared of going in for tackles.

Yet another trophy

Once again we are victorious and we are champions. Last season we won the capital one cup and this season we have done it again! It had been a hard path this year as we had to beat teams such as Tottenham and Man City before getting to the final.

Before we were to be crowned champions we had to overcome a strong Newcastle side. In that Newcastle side was one of our former players Lukas Podolski who I knew would be eager to score to try and prove a point.

The first half finished and the game was end to end. The possession was 50-50. Newcastle were passing the ball well and shooting from range, especially Podolski who even hit the post at one point. Jagielka was superb as he made many crucial tackles. Danny Welbeck scored a brilliant goal to give us a one-nill lead going into half time. Nothing is better than going into half time with the momentum.

In the second half I told the boys to play counter-attacking football. There was no need to constantly be attacking so I decided we would sit back and defend, but when we get a chance we would use Walcott and Moses's pace to counter attack. This worked however we were unable to convert our chances into a goal. Newcastle came close again to scoring when Adrian hit the post and Anita hit the side netting. In the last 5 minutes Newcastle had 5 corners. Our defense stood big and strong as we held out to win the final 1-0, ensuring that we won the cup.

A great defensive performance from the lads today. It seems like the fallout I had with Steve Bould has urged him to train the defense better as I've seen massive improvements, but then again we sold the previous defenders and only Jenkinson and Gibbs are left. This season alone we have won 4 trophies and we still have 3 up for grabs. Premier league, FA Cup and Champions league.

Agh! The pressure! Great result mate, but Newcastle had a great team, with the likes of Adrian and Podolski there.
