Recent fixturs and EPL table

As you can see we are unbeaten so far. We have started off the season very well and hopefully this good form will last throughout the whole season.

In the league we currently have a two point lead over Manchester United but we must work hard to try and extend that gap further.

2000 views, thanks everyone, never thought so many people would read my story
Good start to the season, but you are playing United soon, think you can beat them? I think so, they were 6th last season if I remember correctly so they can't be too good for your team.
Maybe Wenger should make way for Henry in real life too :P

That would be awesome
Doing great Seni, great job winning the Champions League, although it's unfortunate that you had to beat real in the final lol :P. Keep up the good work, and soon Wenger will be an afterthought in Arsenal fans minds while Henry is a legend :D

Capital One Cup

Next up was our capital one cup third round match vs The Blues Chelsea. Before the match all the players were nervous, and quite annoyed that we were given such a tough fixture in the third round alone. We had a huge task ahead but we were ready to win, we remembered we are the champions of this cup therefore we had to defend our title.

Before the game this is exactly what I told the team before the match:

'' Despite us being the underdogs we must still show a good mentality on the pitch. Don't give them any space, especially Eden Hazard. Also we must make sure we don't show them any respect lets be rugged and take our chances!''

The team certainly showed up, especially Danny Welbeck who was phenomenal!

What was the final score, you take a look for yourself.

What a win! Keep it up Seni :)

Henry thanks Wenger

Arsenal manager Thierry Henry has publicly thanked his mentor Arsene Wenger for treating him like a son when he was a player and now treating even better as a manager.

Henry says that every day Wenger and himself talk everyday and Wenger always gives him advice and praises him, especially after he won the treble in his first season.

Wenger who now manages Barcelona has done very well for them, winning the double in his first season, however the teacher was outclassed by his student as Henry won the treble in his first season.

At one point many thought Henry was scared Wenger would take his job as Arsenal refused to offer him a new contract but it seems there are no problems between father and son.

Match-day : United

United 0 Arsenal 2

A Schurrle 14
D Welbeck 78

Danny Welbeck has been on fine form for us, he just can't stop scoring currently. He picked up yet another goal but this time against his old club. He didn't celebrate as he showed respect which is something I talked to him about before the game started. He's scored 11 goals so far this season.

Before we bought Welbeck he fell out of favor with Sir Alex, but then again I don't blame him, sometimes he can be too harsh.

Great results, especially against Chelsea!
