then sign cheaper players like they bought Jagielka from Sheffied Utd and then make a profit, while trying to achieve success

The fact of the matter is that if you sell all those players with Everton, you will really struggle, especially without Fellaini. If I were you, go for Blackburn, and try to stick with it when things get tough.

why not use Alan Shearer who used to play for Blackburn and if i'm not wrong he won the Premier league title with them back in 1994 mate maybe he could be the manager?
