I'm not really sure how their are doing now but I've played with them on FM11 demo (my first FM save) and used 3 CB and 2 WB. We were first of the league in November and I didn't go further.

Sutton United if they're available (haven't played FM13), not sure if they have any quality wingbacks but I've found it pretty easy to sign good players for those leagues with them.
