Ryker Jensen Joins First Division Side FC Vestsjaelland

Jensen has officially joined FC Vestsjaelland on a 1 year contract on £675 p/w. This is the first managerial move for Jensen who earlier stated he has the potential to be jsut as good as his hero Sir Alex Ferguson.

Who Are They?

FC Vestsjaelland are a team expected to come in the lower half of the First Division (2nd tier) of the Danish league. They have very little money and average facilities at best, but Ryker has came out all guns blazing. He stated on the club website, "It is an honour to be appointed manager of a club that has been around for 125 years and I hope to give them something to shout about at the end of the year!"

Why Them?

I have decided to be this side as this adds to the challenge I have foolishly decided to do! They are a distincly average side at best with no money, no facilities and like St. Mirren when Sir Alex Ferguson joined them all those years ago they were a lower half side and FC Vestjaelland are expected to finish 7th out of 11th. So this will be a difficult challenge but I think I that it will make things even funner!

First Press Conference And Team Report

Press Conference

Ryker Jansen has not done anything to dissuade football fans that he is not very, very arrogant. He stated in his first press conference, "I honeslty think I can lead this team to greatness! Give me 4 years and we will be in the Superliga I promise you all. It may not be pretty or easy but we will be there. I am that good!"

Ryker must be installing faith into his side thus far!!

Team Report

A very weak and small squad Ryker will have areal challenge in turning this tea into champions within 4 seasons no matter how arrogant he is!

Tactics

A tactic that is specialized to to lower league management. It is stiff so players do not have to do to much work since they are not have that ability.

Ryker Announces No More Signings To Be Made

Ryker has told the press that despite the transfer window being open for another few weeks he has made all deals he is intrested in and will not be making any more deals of any kind what so ever.

The Transfers

In

Lutula:A very good striker for this standard of football I will be needing him to score quite a few this season.


Durmisi:A great youth that I have secured on loan for TWO seasons, so hopefully after two years he will want to join me peremantly.

Neilsen:Another good youth prospect in defense.

Stenild:A keeper that is already better than my current starter and also very good youth prospect.

Out

All the players released were in the reserves but on weekly wages so were bleeding the club dry.

Nice, building for the future, and good to see the crap reserves players being let go

Friendlies And First Month For Ryker

The road to long term glory starts now for Ryker as his FC Vestsjaelland career starts now.

Freindlies

A very succesfull set of friendly matches for Ryker's new side as they won three and drew two of their matches. The fans would of been pleased that they had played good football and scored plenty of goals.

League

For a team expected to come 7th at best Ryker will be estatic that he has already got his side pushing above their weight in this early stage of the season. Ryker admitted that defending was currently concerning him but he is delighted with the amount of goals his side are scoring. A good first league month.

The Cup

The 1st round was agaisnt a lower league side and was a easy victory. The 2nd round however was a stunning penalties win agaisnt a top division side which has already put Ryker's name on the map.

Ryker Awards

Player of the month: Whichmann. By far our best defender who has kep our side together in all matches. Has a 7.62 rating after 6 appareances.

Goal of the month: Lutula scored a stunning 20 yard volley on his debut to send the away fans mental!
