This formation naturally makes the team attacking, but its the way how Cruyff set his team up that made it just more than attacking.
RDF's ‘Total Football’ 343, a recreation of Johan Cruyff’s tactic for FC Barcelona
I recommend using this with a TOP/Elite team, with high work rate and stamina, teamwork, anticipation, decisions, off the ball and first touch. It was the 1988–89 season that set the footballing world alight. Johan Cruyff changed peoples view on football and on how it should be played. Cruyff loved being in possession, whilst attacking. The finer details were important every day. He persuaded the minds of the Barcelona owners and totally reshaped the youth system, as we know it “La Masia”. Winning the league title 4 years running, with a European trophy and domestic cups, deserves credit and will we try to replicate that masterpiece in to FM20.

Cruyff’s system meant they were never outnumbered in midfield and the final third. Which left them light in defence, but with those defenders also positioned high up the field, this gave the opposition very little space to operate.
With this tactic, i will also be providing two training schedules which i believe are very important.
Cruyff’s team was very fluid. This meant a lot of movement and players taking on responsibilities of others. Teamwork really made the dream work!
Tweaking Tips
* “Shoot on sight” can be added* Away - Attacking width can be altered. To narrow, this is to play closer together and less risk of getting countered.

1. Don't you use the other match preparations like Attacking Movement, Defensive Shape, Match Tactics?
2. How's the schedule for pre season? Do you leave it to assistant or just use the same schedule?
Thank you for the answers
For example AP takes right corners and MEZZ takes left corners?
Thanks in advance
