EL LOCO 4-1-4-1 Attacking System

This tactic is personal to me due to the connection with Leeds United. Still, Football Manager 2024 presents an ideal template to experiment and replicate Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds United philosophy in-game.

The redesign of the FM24 match engine gives players the freedom to create fantastic attacking and defending systems. It gives players (in-game) the intelligence to adjust to positional and tactical changes.

I packed in the tactic folder a free-flowing attacking version of the tactic and a slightly more passive tactic that utilizes shorter passing to further emphasize on Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds United possession-oriented philosophy.

Here's my choice of player roles for the system. For Player Roles:

GK - Sweeper Keeper (Support)
RB - Fullback (Support)
CB - Ball Playing Defender (Defend)
CB - Ball Playing Defender (Defend)
LB - Fullback (Attack)
DM - Deep-Lying Playmaker (Support)
RCM - Box-to-Box Midfielder (Support)
LCM - Advanced Playmaker (Attack)
RM - Inverted Winger (Attack)
LM - Inverted Winger (Attack)
ST - Pressing Forward (Support)
