FM Genie Scout has always been the world's favorite scout utility for Football Manager since its very first version.
We pride ourselves on exclusively releasing this legendary tool since 2009. As always we try our best to deliver Genie Scout to the world every year because your support to this project is outstanding.
Our aim is to update Genie Scout "g" edition to be usable for the FM19 Beta. Then fix any bugs reported. And ultimately try to add a couple of new features for Eugene's direct supporters.

Discussion: FM Genie Scout for FM19 is confirmed
110 comments have been posted so far.
@jimmorrison: Public version of GS19 is out on November 25th.
@ns1907: I've notified Eugene to look into it.
Just a quick question, I've been wondering about for some time: Can a players PA (Potential Ability) change? For example, if he plays really well, train well, or if he has a good tutor (and so on)
i like genie scoutg but i dont have money can i get this program please?
Some players with a minimum fee release are there but some of them I know that have release fee but it doesnt show on Genie scout.
What might be causing that and any idea which players program cant see?
PUBLIC GS19 RELEASE DAY
I can confirm that Genie Scout 19 public edition will be released on Sunday, November 25th. I won't have an exact time of day for you though.@theoffy: I haven't noticed that. I see 31+ aged players normally.
@shelbyj14: I'm unable to reproduce that, but I've asked Eugene to investigate.
Does work for full fat
@pq: Eugene is working on that. Also on updating training ratings. I don't think he can squeeze these 2 in tomorrow's update though.
@ns1907: I'm afraid it won't be fixed. I've explained why in some of my previous comments.
@lanxu @georgegregory99: Send an email to Eugene.
genie @ fmscout.com (remove spaces)
@binbinbin123: It's calculated in-game and too complex to crack how it works. For years.
@yok_tt: I'm afraid not.
@felix520: We talked about this on chat, I believe the issue is sorted?
@Gencaslan: Eugene is still trying to make this work for more people, he will address the issue in the next version.
@Chry: Never try to install Genie Scout inside Program Files folder. Use the default location or just keep it outside Program Files folders. If you're still having trouble despite not installing there, try to run as administrator.
@gandrasch: I can only answer for the name fix that is on fmscout (pure lnc files). And I'm telling you, it has nothing to do with GS not working. If you're loading a custom database (editor data files), that may cause a problem.
@phnompenhandy: Sorry, I can't do much about what the possible limitations of the FastSpring service. Also I don't remember ever doing anything in the past in that regard.
