How to install pr0's data updates to FM 2017
- Extract the downloaded .rar file using 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac OS X.
- Move the extracted .fmf updates you want to the following location:
Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2017 / editor data
Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist. - Open FM 2017 and start a new save-game with your selected databases of choice.
In case you have more editor data files:
When setting up a new game, do not have any other data update files ticked on your Editor Data Files screen except this one.
Choose only my files if you are not sure about the changes in every file. Many files together from different creators can cause crashes to the game, duplicates and other problems. Avoid using files from different creators.

MartinsBanana, Most likely it's coming on the 1st of Dec.
If so, I will start every week a save xD
Love this updates. Hope you changed the needed players to better CA AND PA
Just a question, I want to add my own editor file to yours to overlap the changes that you have made specifically for my club, e.g. incoming/outgoing transfers, some data changes, finances, staff etc.
But normally I just edit the transfer file of yours and make those changes each update, but i find it takes too much of my life to do this upon each update.
Is there a way I can make a separate file with my changes, to overlap yours but critically not change or reset changes from other clubs that you have edited? If that makes sense... My other concern is if I create new players/staff from the original database.. are unique ids an issue? Say I create a new assistant manager from scratch, the id he/she has, will that conflict with new staff/players that you have created in your data updates. It's so confusing..
Basically so each time you post an update, I can just download your new files and just add my one editor file with my club updates, without the effort of individually editing a whole new file from scratch..? Is this possible? Thank you!
