- Extract the downloaded .rar file using 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac OS X.
- Move the extracted .fmf leagues you want to the following location:
Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2019 / editor data
Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist. - Open FM 2019 and start a new save-game with your selected databases of choice.

@fermcr: It's weird, especially in the 4th season! And I tested until 2025 and all work fine for me. Do you have the latest version? Can you send me your save in private message? Thank you.
@Troyon: Yes, for the next release. I did England until 9th division !
At the end of the 3rd season, when it's suppose to create and update going forward to the 4th season... nothing changes or happens. The game goes forward to August , September, etc of the 4th season... but the leagues continue the same, nothing updates.
The rest, I don't know if I would.. I will see!
Once I extracted it to the right place in FM19, the game dont run at all. It freezes on the first screen : ''Football manager loading'' and thats it.
Task manager shows its not responding. After I removed this folder the issue disappeared
