You'll need a 22++ player squad high on work-rate and technical ability.
GK: Rushing out, passing, first touch.
CWBs: Stamina, acceleration, crossing, dribbling.
CB: Acceleration, pace, concentration are desirable, as are jumping reach and heading.
BPD: Passing, dribbling, vision, first touch etc.
HB: Defensive positioning, strength, tackling.
Advanced playmaker (attack): dribbling, balance, technique, acceleration, vision.
DLP (support): Passing, Vision, etc.
Inside forwards (support): pace, acceleration, work rate, first touch, finishing, and decent stamina.
Complete forward (attack): You can probably use any forward type here. In order of appropriateness I'd say: CF (a), PF (a), DLF (a)
Some PPMs:

Important:
- Your CWBs cannot be complete defensive numpties or there will be a flood of goals from wide areas.
- In harder games esp away from home consider harder tackling, lowering tempo and even balanced mentality if necessary. You're gonna have a bad time if you're not controlling the game.
- In easier games consider slightly higher tempo, mentality, width, using two CWBs and one IF on attack (the one in front of your defensively stronger CWB).
- You need to rotate.
- Crossing: depending on your centre forwards attributes.

So far so good, even the draws. Against Nacional and Sporting CP were great matches were i dominate the entire game, just couldnt make the goal.
But overall, loved it.
(19.1.1 patch).
Post Results in the end of the season. Nice work bro!
At this moment, this was the best tactic i have used on FM19 , very consistent , Very good defense , and good offense.
