INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Delete the previous version of the files, I changed some things so you need to delete to avoid duplicates and crashes.
1. Extract all files to your editor data folder in C:/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2020/editor data
If you don't have that folder create one.
2. When creating a new game make sure to select all editor files that you want
3. Click 'Advanced Options' and add "sourtitoutsi.net Custom Start Date" from the list of nations
You can set it to 'Playable' or 'View-only' - doesn't really matter - but I like to set it to Playable and immediately remove the league after creating the save because I don't want any updates, subscriptions etc on it while playing.
4. For your start date select this:
That's it. Enjoy!
DISCLAIMER: All files now updated to 20.4.0 db.
SI bugged out some leagues with 20.3. and 20.4. db (Brazil, Portugal, Netherlands) which prevented those leagues from being selected so I tried to fix it and it seems to be working right now, but I haven't tested it a few years down the line so if you notice any bugs please report here.

do you block people with a certain IP address from downloading the file? a certain region, maybe?

I haven't tried it. It's possible to actually do it I think, but how's it going to work I'm not sure.
Didn't happen to me but maybe you didn't put all team iDs in correctly or something
I used wildstat, did you encounter this issue?

Idk man, for me USA is working fine. Later today I'll update the files for 20.4.0 version so maybe that'll help
Sorry, for me even with 20.4.0 it's still relegating 4 and 2 teams in L1 and L2. But EPL fixtures are normal
Seems like the problem is that files were created on 20.1.0 db, but you probably use 20.3.0 when starting a new game so there are some clashes. From next week I'll make all files on 20.3.0 to avoid this problem
Yeah, same thing happened to me, I don't know why it's doing it, I never touched rules in any of those leagues. I fixed it like this: when you try to select Brazil/Portugal/Dutch league hover your mouse over the red triangle and see what competition exactly is the problem, then open the Brazil file in editor and click on that competition, expand all levels, but don't change anything. Then test rules, save the file and try again in game. That exact process worked for me. If that doesn't help I have no clue what to do.
