these tiers contain 6 divisions with 6 teams in each division, 10 game season to start with then relegation and promotion playoffs.

    I have a little question: is there any kind of draw every season? I ask this because it seems all the most rep'd teams in each division are on the League 1 and the worst are on the League 4...

    I totally love the idea. Its simply the one I was looking for...I mean...I wouldnt want the best 20 teams to fight each other...but 6 in a group...combined of best and moderate teams fight like UCL type of playoff to become the ultimate champion. Amazing.
