Since 2017, I've been doing a bit of research for the best young talents who don't exist in the current FM database in an effort to discover emerging talents who are still relatively unknown.
The point is to come up with a list of top Under-21 players to look out for in the upcoming Football Manager iteration as the possible next wonderkids.
Based on what we know from reality, we present to you the Next Generation 2025, featuring more than 200 of the best young talents in world football, born between 2005 and 2009.
Most players are aged 16-17 with a couple of 15-year olds and a few others aged 18-20.

How to Add New Wonderkids in FM24
Move the downloaded .fmf file to your "editor data" folder, which is located by default at:Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2024 > editor data
Then start a new career game with this database file selected.
IMPORTANT: You can't combine this with other editor files that also add new wonderkids to FM24.
NOTE: Since FM24's pre-season begins in 2023, the players will be 2 years younger at the start of the game.
