[FM24] Thailand (Dynamic Transfer Window)

An updated database for Thailand, based on the existing structure, but with the addition of the Dynamic Transfer Deadline Feature, it also includes Dynamic Sponsorship and TV Revenues.

It is based on the real life structure (and is accurate for the top 2 divisions), however the 3rd and 4th Tier have been reimagined as I didn't like the real life setup of the 3rd division.

The TV Revenues are dynamic and scale based on reputation, as is Sponsorship revenue - making this a great long term Nation Builder Save.
