First of all, I wanted to thank you for the support, feedback, and changes you've suggested over the past few months for the previous project.
Achieving these numbers was by no means a given!
KEY FEATURES
- Real Fixture & Results
- Winners of the super cups played in July-August (Normal Real Fixture & Results mode)
- Fix date for national cups
- Playable B teams where they are not already in the original database (e.g. Italy)
TWO DIFFERENT MODES
- Normal Real Fixture & Results: The classic real fixtures & results mode you used until the last update with the addition of the winners of the super cups played in July-August.
- Only Fixture: The mode where there are fixtures and you can start with the league start date of the chosen nation like a normal career.
COMMON ISSUE
If you use "Continue Game Timeout" the game may decide to simulate the start date during loading, taking you to a later date.
To avoid this, simply:
- Disable "Continue Game Timeout" in preferences, before creating a new game.
- Create your game to use real results.
- As soon as you've saved the first time, re-enable in preferences "Continue Game Timeout."
- SWITZERLAND: Challenge League: Vaduz may have an extra match already played due to incorrect dates for the Liechtenstein Cup, which overlaps with the midweek round of the league.
I can't change this without completely rewriting the Liechtenstein Cup from scratch, since it's not included in the Swiss advanced rules.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE FOLDER
Inside the main folder you will find:- The folder 'Normal Real Fixture & Results', containing the 'Start Date', 'Alternative' subfolder and the various .fmf files.
The 'Alternatives' folder contains alternative files for starts on certain dates in combination with the starter dates and a '_README' file with instructions on how to use them in both English and Italian. - The folder 'Only Fixture', containing the various .fmf files for the various fixtures.
HOW TO INSTALL FILES:
The .fmf files must be inserted in:: Documents\Sport Interecative\Football Manager 2026\editor data.
Starting a new save using Football Manager Original mode is required.
How to start save with this scenario

Hello all, if you are a Steam users there is Private Branch now available.
Open Steam > Right Click FM26 > Click Properties > Game Versions and Betas > Enter vGBxnWQKvaxUnDz > Click Opt In
You should then be able to start a new save with a custom database.
It says right below your post in a BIG red box that the files needs to be updated because of the new update to FM26. Marco even says he expects it to be ready end of this week.
Due to today's update on 9 March, the files currently in the package cannot be used if you select the Football Manager 2026.2 database.
To start a career with the updated Real Fixtures & Results, please wait for the release of the new update scheduled for Thursday-Friday (12-13 March), as I have to redo the files from scratch because many countries have undergone major changes, including in the structures of the various leagues.
So if you are unable to create a new save with my files at the moment, this is normal and you are not doing anything wrong.

Thanks for reporting this issue. This isn't my fault because I only insert the results. However, I've seen the list of changes that will be made on Monday with the new update, and I'll redo the file bases so as not to include files that might have issues that have been resolved by the SI.

I tried but I got more errors in the editor on FM26 than on FM24 and then problems in the game, so to avoid the risk of ruining your save games, I haven't had any for now.

La penalizzazione aggiornata ci sarà nell'aggiornamento che sto per rilasciare.
The updated deduction point will be in the update I'm about to release.
As stated in the guide, you can find it in the Start Date folder and grab whatever I recommend.
That file is needed to unlock the Seychelles.
Thank you for your work, it's been my favourite database since the game was released.
Since the update on 19 February, I can't find the Seychelles in the downloaded file and therefore can't use the start date.
Is there a solution?

The deduction points were entered correctly in my files, including the one for Leicester.
Please make sure you're using my files and not other files created by others.
In FM26, at least until the last update, the deduction points are not added to the bottom of the table but are only calculated in the standings.
