Open FM26 and start a new career save. In the top right of the screen, under "Database", make sure each one of the database is selected

1) The Ecuadorian First Division is wrong. In real life, after the 30 game season the league is split into three groups. The first hexagonal contains the top 6 teams and they play home and away to determine the champion. The next 6 teams play home and away to determine positions 7-12 in the standings. The bottom 4 teams play home and away to determine the relegations.
2) In real life the Salvadorian First Division uses playoffs during the apertura and clausura to determine the champions.
3) In real life the Honduran First Division is played using apertura and clausura format and the playoffs are done differently than they are in your files.
4) In real life the Guatemalan First Division is played using apertura and clausura format with an 8 team playoff and there are no groups like there are in your files.
5) In real life the Maltese First Division is played using opening and closing stages format where the top 6 have a playoff to determine the winner and the bottom 6 have a play-out to determine the rest of the standings.
Again, great work so far and please look into fixing these issues if you have a chance to do so.

Also, the number of games seems wrong - I have two games every week (30 - 37 games per season including the play off for top 8). The real fixtures and league looks like all teams play each other once (one game a week, 15 - 22 games per season, including top 8 play off). Please could you investigate, thanks (and great work so far!)
Could you update the rules for foreign players in the RPL?
The real rule is that there can be 13 foreign players on the roster and 8 on the field. Your data gas rule 5 on the field.
