Open FM26 and start a new career save. In the top right of the screen, under "Database", make sure each one of the database is selected

Could you please add Portugal's 6th division? My local club finally has a 1st team again after 15 years and I really wanna play with it

Foreigner/Legionnaire Regulations (Premyer Liqa)
• No seasonal limit on foreigners in the competition as of 2025/26 (the historic league-wide cap is removed).
• Matchday sheet cap: At most 17 foreign players may be listed on the team selection sheet (“sifariş vərəqəsi”).
• On-pitch cap: Up to 11 foreigners may play at once (i.e., no on-pitch restriction beyond 11).
• Fees per season (applies to all foreign players regardless of national-team status):
• 1–7 foreigners: 5,000 AZN
• 8–12: 10,000 AZN
• 13–15: 100,000 AZN
• 16+: 200,000 AZN
• Local-player bonus: Clubs that field locals earn a bonus from the foreigners’ fee pool via a “special calculation method.”
Fee brackets workaround (since the editor can’t natively price tiers by foreign headcount):
• Use Competition → Finances → Prize Money by Criteria (Advanced Rules):
• Create a Seasonal “negative prize” (i.e., a fine) tiered by count of registered foreigners.
• Implementation pattern:
• Criteria = “Squad registration count: Non-Home / Foreigners” (or your chosen flag, e.g., “Not trained in nation”).
• Brackets & values:
• 1–7 → -5,000 AZN
• 8–12 → -10,000 AZN
• 13–15 → -100,000 AZN
• 16+ → -200,000 AZN
• Local-player bonus approximation:
• Add positive prize money bands based on minutes played by home-nation players (or % of matchday locals). This redistributes part/all of the fine pool. Label it “Local Player Utilisation Bonus.” (Exact “special calculation” isn’t public; this is a faithful, transparent approximation.)
