Skin style FMC for FM 2014 career mode (1920x1080 and 1600x900).
I'm pleased to present you the new update of the version 2.0 of FMC FLUTSkin for FM 14 (white version).
Thanks to all for your reported bugs. A special thanks to rune (from german Meistertrainerforum) and leo_crumb.
As always I would appreciate it if you could tell me when and in what circumstances (or panels) the bugs arise.
This FlutSkin version includes lots of changes in 1920x1080 version (not the 1600x900).
Note that although you can find the two versions of the skin, I only updated 1920x1080 version.
Besides lots of minor graphics changes here are the most important tweaks in this update for FlutSkin version 2.0:
- “New” attributes profile panel (status icons included)
- “New” board room panel
- Fixed the club overview panel and inclusion of tabs and new information (board confidence panel)
- “New” match titlebar score (stadium name, picture and conditions included; calendar and weather icon included)
- “New” team report summary panel
- Match inbetween highlights: 5 panels with fixed size

Step 1
Download the skin and extract the files (using either 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac).Step 2
Open the extracted folder “fmcFlutSkin2014v2.0update30july2014" and Move the two folders inside into your skins folder:Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\skins
Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\skins
Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2014/skins
Create the folder "skins" if it doesn't exist.
Step 3
Start the game and go to Preferences screen and Interface tab.You should see "FMC 2014 FLUT skin 2.0” and "FMC 2014 FLUT skin 2.0 1600x900” as options in the skin drop down of the Overview box.
Choose the version for the resolution you want.
Hit the Confirm button.

I tried to play a game with an older save (other career) and it works perfectly well. I thought it was maybe a save problem with my main career but no. I took a look in my "games" folder and i found some mysterious folder (skins, panels, graphics, tactics, shortlists, ...) I deleted all of them and the game works normaly with all of my saves now.
I absolutely don't know why I had some shit in my "games" folder.
Your skin is just fantastic. The best by far. I'm using it since a week. But i've got the same problem than rybo9120 now. It came from nowhere, i haven't touch anything. The game crashes (freeze) after the first hightlight. I've downloaded your "match full window" and the problem is still here. I'm stuck ...
Honestly I don't know. I play with the skin 1.6 updated and until now the game never crashed....

Im starting to think it may be my operating system or C++. I've uninstalled C++ and then re installed but it still crashes.

I did what you said, however I dont have the 1.5 version anymore so I used the original version and copied the files over. When I went to play a match it looked promising but then it crashed again and said it was a C++ error? Ive uninstalled C++; all versions, and then re installed but still it crashes when watching a game.

Yeah its just started with the latest update. To be honest the game crashes with the FMC 2013 skin as well, but works fine with the normal FM skin. Its a strange one, as I havent changed anything in any of the main files or the skin files!!

It's weird...These crashes started only in the 1.6 updated?
I am having problems with your skin. Every time I go to a match, the game crashes after the first hightlight! Ive tried uninstalling the game and skin yet the problem still exists. I have to use the default FM skin to watch matches.
If you can please help, I would be gratefull.
You have to edit it in settings.xml.
Search for "fmc2014flutskin settings" in settings folder and in this file find:
<colour name="low attribute background" red="216" green="157" blue="157"/>
<colour name="normal attribute background" red="94" green="149" blue="183"/>
<colour name="good attribute background" red="53" green="148" blue="82" />
<colour name="excellent attribute background" red="240" green="138" blue="35" />
and change the values.
in the file you just explain how to remove the boxes, not changing their colours
i want change the colours, for example, for excellent attritubes i want it to be green in colour etc.
Read the "read me first" please. I explain in that file how to do it.
Maybe there is a conflict with other skin. Try to remove all the other skins, clean the cache and reload the game/skin...

Please certify if you followed all the steps described. In fact it's weird the case you reported (and remember that this skin is for career mode only, not for FMC).
Thanks. This bug (caused..as some others by the new 14.2 patch) is now fixed. In a few days I will release the version 1.6.
First of all I would like to congratulate you for your work on this skin, I've tested and adopted it: p
On the other hand, I met a pretty annoying problem is going to say, when I'm in a full match, between the highlights or full time fort, the classification of the teams is not displayed, the window is "empty".
