Pep Guardiola was appointed by Joan Laporta as 1st squad manager on May 8th, 2008.
This is is first tikitaka emulation, with this tactic I won all the trophies, did well especially in La Liga (won the league 6 matches before the end, 104 points, 93 goals scored , best attack and only 21 allowed , best defense), playing a very beautiful football, dominating possession (nearly all the game with at least 60%) and XG.
I created two versions, one with a DLP in front of the defense and the other with an HB but I mainly used the DLP one to replicate Yaya Toure's role.

Tiki-Taka
Tiki-taka, the possession-based strategy synonymous with Guardiola's Barcelona, revolutionized football. It emerged under Guardiola, but drew inspiration from Rinus Michels' Total Football.
While ball retention was key, Tiki-Taka emphasized exploiting space through intelligent passing and movement. This overwhelmed opponents, tiring them out and forcing mistakes.
Tiki-Taka thrived on players with exceptional technical skills, vision, and anticipation. It challenged the dominance of physical play.
More than just short passes, Tiki-Taka involved creating space through triangles and diamonds for effective passing options.
Guardiola emphasized player positioning and regaining possession high up the pitch. This included a high defensive line and pressing strategy.
Short passing aimed to break down opponents and create space for attackers. Positional play with specific roles for players was crucial.
Training drills instilled "habit football," where players instinctively made decisions based on positioning and movements.
Overall, Tiki-Taka was a tactical philosophy that prioritized controlling the game through superior positioning and intelligent use of space. It relied heavily on technical skills, teamwork, and tactical awareness.
Player roles

Excellent first touch, passing, anticipation, composure.
Central Defenders
One Defend Duty for solidity and interceptions.
One Ball Playing Defender for better passing and build-up play.
Strong in concentration, positioning, tackling, heading.
Wingbacks
Complete Wingback (Right): Focuses on attacking the final third with dribbling, crossing, and key passes.
Wingback Support (Left): Provides defensive cover, ball circulation, and support to central playmakers.
High stamina, teamwork, and tactical understanding are crucial.
Deep Lying Playmaker (DLP) - The Brains Behind Tiki-Taka
Dictates tempo, initiates attacks with clever passes.
Excellent anticipation, positioning, decision-making, and passing.
DLP-Defend for formations with one striker.
DLP-Support (DLP-S) prioritizes creative passing over dribbling (think Xavi).
Advanced Playmaker Attack (AP-A) - The Partner in Creativity
Offers alternative passing options, disrupts defenses with runs and through balls.
Strong vision, decision-making, off-the-ball movement, work rate.
Complements DLP-S with his attacking dimension.
Inside Forward Support (IF-S)
Left IF-S: More attacking, creates chances, provides width, and overlaps.
Right IF-S: More defensive, creates space for others, works with CWB-A.
Both require creativity, off-the-ball movement, technical skills, stamina.
Complete Forward (Support or Attack): drops deep to receive the ball and open space for the two inside forwards.
I hope this tactic works for you too, thanks everyone
