I don't think it is quite that easy to get those results as you think especially as i tested it alot and these were obviously the best results for a tactic to cross over to different leagues. Sure you can get a quadruple with a top team but alot of time tactics dont transfer due to different league styles.
In the video it also won the league with lazio and the lyon result given how strong psg are is also a good one. If you try it let me know how you get on
