The attacking width is set to extremely wide and using the "pass into space" instruction will see your supportive players trying to play very risky passes to your attackers, making the off the ball run into space.
SFTD was one of the best tactics when the game came out, and on 20.3 as well.
We find less Team Instructions again, so that usually means it's more of a top team tactic, but should be mainly suitable to sub-top sides.
