Les Gones 4-1-2-3 // Quadruple Winning

A Very Attacking 4123 that use a combination of short passes a through balls & creates a lot of space. You will find your wingers get a lot of assists and goals, as well as a lot of goals coming from the mezzala and forward.

If used PI's to ensure only certain players are Passing into Space (BPDs MEZ AP), and run into space so the team uses a combination of dribbling, short passes and long balls to work there way up the field.

This version uses work ball into box which can slow play down so if your struggling to break down defensive teams use version 2 which uses Hit early crosses and hits teams a bit quicker before there defence is organised.

Player Roles:

A pressing forward works fine if you do have a Complete Forward, an Advanced Forward can work, however not against defensive sides or if the player has a poor decisions attribute as will be caught offside a lot.

An inverted winger can work on the right but will end up occupying the same space as the mezzala, can be effective in creating an overload on the right side, you may find an IF support a better alternative.

BPD: Tried Long Range Passes, Switches Ball To Opposite Flank
AP: Dictates Tempo Switches Ball To Opposite Flank
Mezzala: Runs With Ball Often, Gets Forward
Right Winger: Cuts Inside

I personally like players with good passing, vision, decisions and off the ball. I also prefer determined or resolute personalities.
