Since I got tired of every year the only solid tactic being some form of 4-3-3 this year I started to experiment with a 5atb again since we got a different engine that should allow other formations to win. This tactic had great results in 3 different full holiday simulations.
The tactic does not have any individual instructions yet, this is just the first version.

1st test with an elite team
Obviously, the first simulation is with Man City. Won the PL by 6 points difference, Carabao cup and FA cup, lost in CL by 1 goal difference against Real. Had an average of 68% possession and a GD of +57 in PL. Haaland scored 52 goals (69 in the entire club season). Even tho KDB had the most key passes in the season, it was Silva who had the most assists with 15 in the PL. The PL season ended with 91 points, 91 goals for and 34 against. Predicted to finish 1st and so it did.

And Haaland's Season

2nd test with an above-average team
Now for the second simulation, I looked to use an above-average team so I randomly went with AC Milan. Not the best choice for this tactic due to the lack of a prolific striker but it did quite well. With Leao only scoring 19 goals in the Serie A it only finished in 3rd (predicted 3rd), 5 points behind 1st place. Won the Coppa Italia and the Supercup, Lost in quarters against ... you guessed, Real Madrid. By 3 goals margin. Ended the season with 79 points, a GD of +35 and an average of 56% possession.

3rd test with a lower league team predicted to finish 19th
The third simulation is one for the smaller teams. League 2 Barrow, predicted to finish 19th actually ended up in 6th but managed to win both qualifying semi-finals and the final to get the promotion. I feel like this could've gone much better but somewhere in march the team had a huge dip in form and got a couple of losses and draws back to back. Clearly, this team's striker was much more suited for this role as he scored 33 and was the league's top scorer. Finished the season with 76 points (12 behind 1st but only 4 behind 3rd), a GD of +12 and an average possession of 53%. Was kicked out of both cups by teams from the prem and championship quite early on so I left this part out.

Now if you would actually play the game using this tactic and tweak it depending on how the AI responds to you during games (more attack/defence/time wasting) and keep all the players happy by rotating the squad properly you should do a lot better than this. I'm sure it won't be one of those broken OP tactics but it looks like it does well for being something more normal.
After the full release, I will tweak it with individual instructions as well as test a more defensive mentality when going against big teams. Enjoy!
