We are back to our happy and stressful days with FM23. We have been playing the game for 1 month by creating various careers and challenges. Looking at my own experiences in this process, I was most excited to play in the Super League. Although I was nervous and stressed due to various rules in this process, being emotionally attached to a club made me enjoy the most here. Of course, after a few seasons, I had a hard time continuing. When I looked at the reason for this, the structure of our country's football came to my mind and I was not surprised at all.
At this point I decided to create a parallel universe like Dr. Strange. When I thought about what kind of structure I should create, I first considered the main problems of Turkish Football. These:
- Squad Registration Rules
- Youth Facilities & Training Facilities
- Economical Problems
- Cultural Reasons
Before explaining the changes I have made, you can add or remove the contents of the database according to your own taste. That's why I edited the changes by creating different files, not in one file. My aim is to ensure that we can get the most pleasure from our league. While creating this, I tried to give importance to the concept of balance. I hope you will like it.
- Squad Registration Rules The number one discussion topic of our country in football is the foreign rule. According to Ali Koç's statement, the foreign rule has changed 10 times in the last 18 years. We have difficulties in maintaining the rule, not in setting the rule. What if we didn't set any rules? There are many examples of this. For example, the Netherlands. Although it is less than one of our provinces in terms of population, it does not set any limits because it trusts its youth setup. In this way, it gains success and income by passing talented football players both in its own and in different countries through its own system. Therefore, there are no rules such as alien rule, infrastructure, +3 in our new parallel universe. (You can play by disabling this rule or adding any rule you want.)
- Youth Facilities & Training Facilities Our bleeding wound. TFF President, in his statement to BeinSport, announced that we are one of the 3 countries that do not have an academy obligation. For this reason, the necessity of academia comes to our country as of next year. What would happen if youth setup and facilities were given importance in our country? Here, countries such as the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Brazil can be taken as examples. But since this would be a bit of an easy thing, I decided to take Croatia as an example of our country's sweet trouble in football. Even in "Varaždin", the team with the lowest reputation in the Croatian league, the emphasis given to young people is 16, the recruitment system is 12. Based on this, I only updated the data related to the youth setup. First-team facilities were left untouched.
- Squad Registration Rules We are not in a position to tell the reasons for the economy and what needs to be done in a football game. Just when I was thinking about how to solve this in the game, I thought of the European Union, which we tried to enter in the past. Therefore, in this fictional universe, our country is now in the European Union. So what did this participation bring us?
- The value of the Turkish lira increased. In the game, the values of the currencies are written against the pound. Now that we are in the EU, I changed the value of the Turkish Lira, thinking that we use Euros. So we still use TL, but it's worth Euro. Greetings to Cem Yılmaz :)
- I changed the Financial Power and Economic Factor of our country as we entered EU status. I took the Italian values as an example when changing.
- Our tax system has been updated. Since the tax system used in the Netherlands is less complex, I brought it in and fixed the rates at 18%. TFF President Mehmeh Büyükekşi said in the speech I mentioned that he would reduce the increasing tax system.
- I changed the transfer budgets within the framework of reasonable prices. Fenerbahce's transfer budget this year is 11 million pounds. Therefore, I added a transfer budget of 10 million for the big four, 7.5 million for Başakşehir, Adana, Sivas, Konya, Alanya and Antalya, 5 million for the other teams and 2.5 million for the first league teams.
- In an additional file, I deleted all debt and financial fair play records of the Super League and First teams. You might think that the state is doing a favor because we joined the EU and our money is more valuable.
- Squad Registration Rules Most of the foreign football players who come to our country leave without learning anything except a couple of swear words and sentences. Since it is their last stop, they do not pay attention to it. (Lots of love to Andreas Beck and Visca) That's why I changed the values of the Turkish language. We are in the ready EU and we are economically stronger. I updated the rates saying that it has become important in our region as well. We now have the same values as French, one of the old universal languages. Considering the history, I thought it would be fair.
In addition, I updated the country and league reputations taking into account Croatia and the Netherlands.
Have fun
