4-3-3 Pressing Wingplay by AUTFabi

This is my go-to tactic for FM. Has shown magnificent results for years. It worked for multiply FMs, saves, clubs and leagues.


Goals are mainly coming from the striker, wingers and the advanced playmaker.

Assists are coming from the wingbacks, wingers and playmaker.

Defence should be solid too, but this is not the priority.

Depending on your player, the striker can get 50+ goals and 20+ assists (happened multiple times for me).




Some optional changes you can make:

- BBM can be AP(Su) if you have two creative midfielders.

- Wingers can be Inverted Wingers or Inside Forwards as well.

- If your wingers can play on both sides you can activate 'Swap Positions with ...' for them.

- If you want to attack --> go Attacking and change the tempo to higher.
