Football Manager 2022 Tactics - 4-2-3-1 Mid-Table Championship Tactic FM22
Tactic for a mid-table English Championship side, tested with Blackburn Rovers in Beta.

Results have been surprising to say the least, Played 20, Won 17, Drawn 2, Lost 1 in Championship.
Scored 46, Conceded 11 with 53pts out of a possible 60.

Only addition to my team has been Giovanni Dos Santos (on a free) - originally as cover while Dack is injured, but playing so well he may keep him out of the team...

    Championship? I use a bit different roles but finished a season undefeated with Atletico Madrid and won Champions league. Funny to see fm21 tactic pretty much copy pasted in and it works well.
