Simple 4-3-3 w/ 56% Possession & 91% Pass Completion

Hello everyone.

Usually in my saves I used tactics downloaded from the Internet that break the engine, and I thought I was a strong manager

But, quite recently, I decided to create something of my own that can work in the game.

I want to share my best practices with you.

I really want to hear from you any comments and suggestions for further improvement of this tactic.
