Most important positions are the 2 WBs. You MUST invest in star players in those positions.

The 2 DMs are the second most important players in this tactic, as they need to both defend and help with ball possession (circulation).

The 3 players in attack can even be average. Due to the high chance creation with this tactic, they will score a lot of goals anyhow.

ATTENTION!!!! This tactic does NOT work for underdogs.
