This tactic simply wants you to have fun.

The save I've had since the beginning of the year had started to get a bit stale so I thought, why not just make the craziest tactic possible for the highest scoring games? And my god...

Winning the league while averaging 4.8 goals a game while conceding 1.6 is one way to brighten any save.
My team is quite specialised for each position, but some people have tried it out and have experienced similar results - an avalanche of goals, while the defence didn't do great. Some of them are here: https://www.reddit.com/r/footballmanagergames/comments/1gu53jp/we_won_the_league_with_a_relegation_tier/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
The idea of the tactic is to get the ball away from the defence quite quickly, then use the RPMs to distribute it to the attack at a rate the opposition simply cannot prepare for. Between the RPMs and the attack, it feels like something between a Hail Mary and an Alley Oop - the most audacious balls down the field and hope the defence can't hack it.
In general, I'd recommend fast and aerially sound players at CD and IFB, versatile and well rounded RPMs, at least one set piece specialist and one player (probably a ST or CB) who can Gabriel Magalhaes-run nearpost for the corners. You have a lot more room for choice with the AM and Poachers as long as you have a few options for corners somewhere in the team - with such a direct tactic I like them to have good jumping reach, but that might be personal taste.
This tactic was made for my Everton save which is quite far into the future. I still have my doubts over how viable it is for teams that aren't right at the top of any given league, but people on the other thread did have some results. I am going to do a few tests on regular leagues and the FMArena testing league, I'll update this post in due course.
Let me know if you find any alterations make it more effective. I didn't really put much thought into making this other than whatever would be fun/funny.
