Looking for a high-scoring, possession-dominant tactic in Football Manager 2026?
In this video, I recreate Luis Enrique’s PSG 4-3-3 tactic and test it in FM26, where it delivers an incredible 3.7+ goals per game across multiple competitions.
This tactic is inspired by Luis Enrique’s real-life PSG system, focusing on:
High tempo possession football
Aggressive counter-pressing
Overloads in wide and half-spaces
Relentless attacking movement
Perfect for PSG saves or any team with technical players, this FM26 4-3-3 tactic dominates possession, creates loads of chances, and consistently racks up goals.
In this video you’ll see:
Full tactical breakdown (roles & instructions)
Match engine performance in FM26
Goal stats & consistency testing
If you’re searching for a meta FM26 tactic, a Luis Enrique recreation, or a 4-3-3 that scores for fun, this one is for you.
We test this our with:
PSG - Sextuple Winners (unbeaten and with 3.7 GPG

Besides this, when someone does a tactical recreation like The Flying Scotsman FM do (and I do too), the first thing he does is to test the tactic with the same team, same players and same set up of the real team, and then if he wants and has time to do so, he will test the same tactic with other teams. So if he wants to recreate Luis Enrique's tactic, he must test it with PSG, and with PSG you will have great results because it's a great team in reality too. Recreations are meant not to win every game and trophy but just to recreate the same style with the same team, if The Flying Scotsman FM wants to create a tactic by himself, to invent one tactic and prove it wins, then and only then he should test it with random teams and not necessarily the strongest ones, something that he does
I tested with PSG as I was recreating an Enrique tactic, and if you had read it or watched the video you would see it was also tested with Crystal Palace and Newport.
