With Paris FC (Ligue 1)

Before : 2 wins, 2 draws, 4 losses, 8 goals for, 10 goals conceded

After : 4 wins (Nantes, Lyon, Monaco, Rennes), 15 goals for, 3 against

can anyone give me some tips, starting using this tactic and getting good results, then suddenly it stops working and results are terrible, the match engine has not changed, moral is good etc, just a few questions to the ones how have had success with this tactic. Do you use Opposition instructions? who is in charge of training (you or assistant manager?) Do you chance mentality and if so when? I have tried 15+ tactics including my own and cannot get any consistent results with any! is there something I'm missing in this version of the game? im tearing my hair out trying to find a tactic that works!

Manchester's previous tactic was a complete failure. There was no consistency, and with rotation, things went even worse. The 4-2-3-1 is almost too good. Total dominance, even when the second-string team comes out. Thank you.

@ mayuri i play the public beta also and can use the tactic well. Must be because of some other problem.

Hello, Tested with Chelsea (not Holiday) and made only 1 signing of Scalvini for defense mid-season after losing Fofana for a long term injury.
Results were amazing:
- League: Winner with 82 points, 42+ GD.
- FA Cup: Winner.
- EFL Cup: Final lost to Liverpool
- UCL: Final lost to Real Madrid in penalties

Player Stats:
Goals in All comps: 24 Goals for Palmer (AMR) Joao Pedro (AML) and Delap (CF) (I am stunned as you)
Assists in All Comps: 16 Assists for Joao Pedro, 15 Assists for Estevao (AMC)
Average Ratings: 7.48 for Cole Palmer.

Unbelievable tactic, at new year's halfway through the season I've had only one loss so far in all competitions. My both primary and secondary GK have been injured throughout as both Raya and Kepa were injured so had to play with a under 18's GK

Thanks guys. Lots have people have said that @makumba which is really cool to see. The new ip and op tactic i think make it stronger than ever.

@mrlarnz I do test each tactic as much as I can to make sure they work which is why I only get one out a week. I holiday and play test to make sure they work as I want people to enjoy them and use them so appreciate the kind words as I definitely put time and thought into the movement and structure.

I tested this tactic with Swansea, only changed the Inside Forwards to Inverted Wingers and kept the same mentality. Finished 1st with 28 wins, 12 draws, and 6 losses, scoring 109 and conceding 55, and reached the EFL Cup Semi Finals. This setup is pure masterclass from GYR. You scored 121 goals with IFs, so seeing it still perform that well with IWs shows how well-balanced it is. Thanks again!

@tejash No shouts this year but I did love them. No OI's tho as they affect the tactic. If you man mark for example it pulls your player from their natural position.

I think Inside Wingers suit this system better than Inside Forwards. They keep width in buildup, link well with midfielders, and help maintain possession, while Inside Forwards narrow the shape too much and clash with the Attacking Midfielder.

You missed Out of Possession from the team instructions. You can click on the Team Instructions button to view all and make a screenshot.

Would a Positive mentality work, and what about using an Inside Winger instead of an Inside Forward?
