For fm 26 you have to manually swap the players at some point in the game. E.g after corners, halftime. Swapping player position improves rating sometimes.
Wirtz and Musiala swapped positions Lw and AM.

And the left back is more of a playmaking wingback/ wing back. And the Lcm is a box to box.
