Season 2015/2016-Ekstraklasa
In this season my aims are:
-To be in top 3 in the league
-To be in Semi-Final of Polish Cup
- and to qualify into Group Stage of European Competition
Transfer Budget:

Board takover has worked and I had money for the transfers this season so I am really pleased because it was 1st time I had money since 2010/2011 season.

I think I have made few intresting signes this season and I am really hope that they will be good transfers and I want to see if they will pay off.
Against Top 4: Legia 1-0

14 points out of 24 which I think is the best result so far and I am really pleased with that because my team managed to only lose 2 games and win 4 which is just fantastic result.
Awards:
Nana Amoako won the Player of the Season. Fernanado Ismael Rodriguez Morales was third in this award.
David Velez was 2nd in Young Player of the Season. Jose Machuca was 3rd.
This goal was 2nd goal of the Season.
I have won Manager of the Season.
Emmanuel Anafri, Solomon Ayew, Fernanado Ismael Rodrizuez Morales and Nana Amoako were named in Team of the Season.
Nana Amoako won yet another Top Goalscorer with 29 goals.

love reading your updates. I've never managed a team outside of England, Spain, Italy or Dutch (and that was one season with PSV) and you seem to have done an amazing job. Keep it up. Also, did you have any impact on the Champions or Europa League's? And would it be possible to have a screen shot of who you and/or your assistant consider to be your "star man"?
I believe they played against me in Polish Cup nad there are rules that if you win(or other teams wins but they qualify into UCL like in my situation) then your team is quaifiying into Europa League.
