FM 2014 Tactics - 4-2-3-1 Goal Storm 2014
A surprisingly effective 4-2-3-1 (4-2-1-3 on the pitch).

Working great with any medium caliber team and even greater with better and top clubs.

Important Notice: Make sure your squad is happy and use the team talks to motivate... No Tactic or formation will work with an unhappy or demotivated squad... The game is a simulator.

Open the photo and see for yourself results, formation and info as I played one season for Olympiakos Piraeus (Greece) and reached the semi finals of Champions League in the 1st season, having some great results in the competition.

2nd - 3rd Season won every competition from League to World Club Championship with maximum 3 loses all season long.

    i thought i was the one who invented this tactic i paly it since 2002 and now wtf and on olympiakos ?? this is a paok tactic .. nvm as long as you play control and you have some much space beetween defence and mid its only normal to be a gample... try not to play control cuz its vulnerable to counter attacts and many teams play with counter if they are worse than you. and ofc attend the matches and put instructions in match thats the real deal... and create every tactic with the squad to be ready and fammiliar with every possible plan you have you cant use only 1 tact i use 3 tacts per match when i -play competitive football

    I only signed up to comment on this because there were so few comments. I really enjoyed this tactic for 1 and a half seasons with my Newcastle. First season I finished Second with 79 points only to lose the leauge title to Man U and won the FA Cup. Second season I had some problems in the leauge and finished 7th but did manage to win the champions leauge with some amazing results winning the group with PSG, Real Madrid and Napoli.

    But however the second half of the second season was really shaky results wise for me. And the Third season this tactic collapsed completly for me, I guees the AI teams learn your tactic after a while?

    Anyway great tactic!

    This tactic is a real gamble, you either win 4-1 or you lose 3-0 theres no drawing hahah, I actually really like it it's quite explosive with the CF upfront. I'd tell more people to give this one a try, you can see the results early without wasting half a season training players on the tactic.

    So far with Liverpool i played with this tactic 2 games and i won both of them 3-0 .It seems very good tactic .
