FM 2015 Tactics - 4-3-3 Total Control
This is the tactic that I've been using since FM13 and have been having the same kind of results since then.

The 4-3-3 Controlo is all about control the ball possession, creating opportunities and limit the other team's opportunities.

To do this you need to have 3 things:
  • Solid Defenders
  • Good passing attributes in the midfielders
  • Play-makers in the attack

The tactic is valid to every team, from lower leagues to the big leagues.

In FM15, you have to be very careful with the large amounts of injuries. So it's important to pay attention to your staff, good 4,5-5 stars physical coaches, good physical therapists and to weeks of team physical practices in the pre-season.

In terms of results, I was able to win the Portuguese League in the first season with Braga.

In the second season, some kind of results.

The Chelsea game was a little bit of luck. They had one guy with a red card in the first ten minutes.

Any doubt about the tactic don't hesitate in asking. Enjoy!

Sorry i took so long to answer. the trainning: in the pre season i always do 2 weeks of physical practices and them tactics until it's fluid. the individual trainning i put the players trainning the function they will play on the field.
Opposition instructions: man marking on the strikers. week foot and hard tackling on players the other players.
Tips: you have to be carefull with long shots. if the team is shooting from far it will be hard to score, so you must take down that instruction on the individual instructions.

Any tips on how to be more successful with this, using it with Leyton Orient, and whilst we're dominating possession and creating chances we're not quite scoring goals, so any help would be great?

Thanks for the tactic. It's working, really strong on defense.

What training do you use? And do you use Oppostion Insctructions?
