What's included in FM24 DB for India
• 1st division is now the "Indian Super League" (12 teams)
• Hero I-League is the 2nd Division (13 teams)
• Durand Cup has the correct teams & the correct structure
In the first season, Indian Super League has 12 teams & the Champion of Hero I-League (2nd Division) is promoted to the "Indian Super League" at the end of the season. In the 2nd season Indian Super League has 13 teams and Hero I-League has 12 teams (with no promotions).
How to play in the Indian Super League on FM24
1. Move the downloaded .fmf file to your "editor data" folder, which is located by default at:documents > sports interactive > football manager 2024 > editor dataIf it doesn't exist, create that folder yourself.
2. Start a new career game with this database enabled.

In real world, the foreign rule in ISL for playing XI rule is 4 players only. The squad can have a maximum of 6 out of which 1 had to be from AFC Affiliated nation.
There is a registration rule of a maximum of 5 foreign players plus one player from an Asian Football Confederation (AFC) affiliated nation [ No limit currently in the file]
Playing 11 has a 4+1 (Asian national) rule [Currently only 4 in the file]
i.e. 5 players if at least one player is from an Asian Football Confederation-affiliated nation.
