No Foreigner Limit - FM 2024

This is just an updated version, done with the FM 24 pre-game editor, from the same file Flintrosia uploaded for previous football managers.

Copy the file to the editor data folder, only works with new saves.

The original description:

For all leagues/cups;
- No more foreign player limit,
- No more EU player limit,
- No more work permit...

All players are world citizenship. All players can be registrable and played, any league.
