Tactic for weaker teams in FM2011

I have created a tactic for my one of the games win FM2011 where I play Whitehaven in 10th English league and it turned to be good.

Positions:
Goalkeeper-Defend
Right Full-Back(Wing Back)-Attack
Central Defender(Central Defender)-Defend
Central Defender(Central Defender)-Defend
Left Full Back(Wing Back)-Attack
Righ Central Midfilder(Central Midfilder)-Defend
Central Midfilder(Central Midfilder)-Defend
Left Central Midfilder(Central Midfilder)-Defend
Right Attacking Midfilder(Winger)-Attack
Left Attacking Midfilder(Winger)-Attack
Striker(Poacher)-Attack.

Philosophy is fluid
Starting Stragety is attacking
Passing style is short
Creative Freedom is more disciplined
Closing down is press more
Tackling is more cautious
Crossing is float crosses
Roaming is sick to position
