2 - Brasileirão Serie B - 22 teams with promotion playoffs
3 - Brasileirão Serie C - 24 teams, 2 groups
4 - Brasileirão Serie D - 80 teams, 4 groups
5 - Brasileirão Serie E - 128 teams, 16 groups, 2 group stages
6 - Brasileirão Aspirantes - 128 teams, 16 groups, 2 group stages, U-23
7 - Standardized state championships, with some exceptions due to a lack of teams in the original base date.
8 - Copa do Brasil - 512 teams, single game until the final.
9 - Regional cups were removed due to lack of space in the calendar, as the South American competitions were not modified.
