[FM24] Shadwell Army - the World of I.D. (1995 film)

This file makes purely aesthetic changes to several clubs, changing their name and logo to reflect the 1995 film I.D.:

Milllwall have been changed to Shadwell.

West Ham are Wapping FC, Rotherham are Tyneburn, Birmingham are Midchester City, and Middlesbrough are Pentland FC. If I've missed any other quirks from either film, let me know.

Given the relatively minor changes, this should be compatible with just about any other file.
