FM 24 Beast tactic Gareth Ainsworth Intensive Pressing & Gol

Hi guys
this is my first time to emulate a EFL League Two coach. Thanks to the advice of one of my youtube followers, I attempted to emulate Gareth Ainsworth's Gillingham tactics.
With this tactic I won EFL League Two and got to the quarter final of Carabao Cup with Gillingham, defeating West Ham and Newcastle and losing only to Aston Villa. I scored 125 goals in League Two.
