The Tactic in the description does not match the tactic downloaded (Out of Possesion). Had to change the positions (and adjustment to roles) out of Possession. Also removed Get stuck in. Too much risk of red cards and too many actual red cards in the first 10 minutes of games.
The tactic worked really well for my season 2 Everton team (started using it in November) - Runaway Premier League Champion. lost unluckily in the CL Semifinal against Liverpool. I Had 30+ game unbeaten streak (all comps) including 10 Clean Sheets in a row (which included Arsenal, Chelsea, Blu-Neri). Had 95 points in the premier league (92-30 Goal difference) and won the league with 4 games to spare. I do not use Holiday mode, but often Instant Result. I actually dropped quite a few points late on when I was playing a lot of reserves due to the CL
* Set pieces seems to work really well in this tactic. Especially Corners and Indirect Free Kicks.
* The tactic utilized the wing backs quite well. Lots of goals through low crosses to the first post where the it was tapped in.
* Topped the Stats charts in Goals, xG and other attacking categories.
* I did not reach 60+ Possession. Only had 53% in the Premier League.
I'm aware of the fact that I will be probably sacked soon for speaking things loud.
Imagine that you test a tactics with the players when every attribute is set to 20, the same with the hidden ones. Then when you finish the test you get back to original attributes setting. You will create false perception that he achieved that outcome with the normal settings/default, (this what you could do in old FM version I don't have the new game).
He does not inform anyone whether he uses editor like that or not. Other users make statement in the tactics description if they use it or not.
You can check it out if he just go to game status "window". It says if it is allowed to use in game editor and if it was used.

I think that's absolutely right. You test them beforehand, several save games, and then they're published. I think Josh's reaction was: "Oh, I got first place with Liverpool! MASTER, META, PERFECT tactics." I agree about the comments; they're unnecessary. Criticism is fine, but insults are definitely not needed.
This is a good point. In my case for my emulations I test the tactic only with the team of the coach I am emulating (ex. if I emulate Pep's tikltaka I will use Barcelona in one season) and what I want to see is that my players in the game play tikitaka in a similar way ( it's impossible to play exactly the same way as the reality due to obvious reasons). And even so, I can only post 1 tactic a week with the new game fm 26 . But if I create a tactic by my own, (you can see here in my posts or in my youtube channel that I only created a few) I actually test them with many teams and in different savegames.
He doesn't give a shit what you're saying. He's parasitizing on idiots who click on the video, and there will be more clicks the more garbage he publishes.
It should be up to those who create the tactics to demonstrate their effectiveness. Especially those who claim that their tactics are overachieving and are not only a recreation of some philosophy in real life.
Ideally 5 people will test them and share their results.
I would say if he just create normal names for his tactics and be more open about his achievement it would make his life easier.
I feel like he is here only to post something and use the fan base of this website to redirect them to his content. He has no interest of elaborating on his points as it would make it easier for people to understand what is he trying to achieve.

I never said that people can't criticize a tactic that for them don't work. When for example someone says that my emulation doesn't work I ask him/them what they saw (defending too bad? attacking too bad?) and what team they used, because I emulate the tactic of every coach using the same team so of course if I emulate Pep's Barcelona tikitaka with Barcelona of this season and I win the treble it does not mean that other people will win the treble with Venezia or Sampdoria. Emulations are meant to recreate a similar playing style (it's impossible to create the same as in real life) not to win everything with every club. If I create a tactic on my own (not a coach's emulation) it's different and I will explain what I did and what worked for me if other people ask me how I did it. But when I defend Josh here it's against all those people who just post insults, that's hating and harassment and is against this forum rules (the administrator already removed some comments). Thank you to understand my point.
I don't agree with people who just post insulting stuff because the rules of the page state the boundaries.
People have to understand that if they post something publicly it can be criticized as we all have different opinion and it is still allowed (at lease should be) to express your point of view.
No I don't know the reasons why and it's none of my business. But it's a matter of principle, it's not because Josh is being hated, if I see you are being hated even if it's the first time I message with you I will defend you. Because if I had the power to control this site or also Facebook, Twitter, all social networks I would censor and delete all hating -trolling- disgusting "keyboard lions" comments that since the debut of social network at the beginning of the 200s ruin this fucking world. To go back to this Josh issue, instead of writing hating comments, they should create their own tactics. Degrading, insulting and hating are actions that must be censored, no matter who the target is. If I was the administrator of this site I would ban all the users who write degrading comments. Itìs not written in any law that there is the right to do that
People are not envious of his success. There are people that are much more successful than he is and they get nowhere near the same level of hate.
The best way I can put it is this way.
There is a YouTuber called DSP, there are much more popular YouTubers than him but he gets hated on for his attitude and begging for tips.
I'm not saying this is what Josh does, but there are reasons why he is being called out by so many people.

happy to see you agree with me. Hating and trolling is useless, they should be censored and banned. But it's only because they envy Josh's success because he has so many followers on youtube and everywhere, and if so many people like him it means his tactics are good and also his tips about how to play the game, etc. Even if he he wrote he does not read comments on this site, those trolls continue, I already sent Stam a Pm asking him to remove/censor all trolls profiles.If those trolls feel Josh tactics are bad (which they are not ) they should create their tactics at Josh's same pace or at least 1-2 a week and try to create better tactics. But as far as I saw, 99% of those trolls did NOT post any tactic here. So whatever they say is bullshit and they are not qualified to write anything here
How is this helping anyone or the community? If you don’t like his tactics give some serious feedback why and/or create your owns tactics and share with the community.
But this personal vendetta against Josh has to stop it’s not nice i’m sure for Josh reading this every day and it’s not nice to see someone getting this kind of hate.
Also the negativity are not doing anything positive for the community at all.
I really hope FM Scout act against this soon. The best solution would be to ban all of you commenting this crap against Josh.
