Maybe Josh is importing save data from older FMs with mods... could explain the use of the 22 database and some of those unrealistic results.
A random thought... Can't confirm it myself right now, but I remember someone mentioning that he hardly ever shows squad stats makes you wonder what’s actually powering those win percentages. Could just be a shortcut to keep output high without proper FM26 testing.
Does he use old ME? hm .. if not he is just lazy as you have to fill in a boxes when posting a tactics on other website so it would be a common sense to use actual data.
Then we have a case like in the last tactics that he use results 37 wins and 1 draw to advertise how good his tactics is. Then he post a PL table with 85 points. All data like wins, draws, losses and goal are mandatory to fill.
He doesn't strike me as a guy who has a lot of attention to details (his videos are very hype type so when I watch it sometimes I would turn the sound off).
I watch his comment section as well on youtube and he keep telling that it is important to use different variations of a tactics to get a results.
I have no idea how he can simulate 3 different variation of a tactics by holiday. It is no possible.
I would say he just simulate the game to the point his team is in position to win things and then instant the results the important matches (saving before if something gets wrong). None of the tactics I have tested (sometimes 10 times) didn't allow me to win quadrupole (especially in England).
I have tested one of his best tactics recently 15 times (he got 112 points with Barca). The highest I got i some simulation was 99. Winning cups in Spain is quiet easy if you get the best team draw each other in early stage. Super Cup shouldn't count as this is achievement form previous session.
In this save he is 4 years in the game (some top PL teams has lost their best players due to their age). He bought himself a good players to improve spurs as a team, Trubin in GK, Nico Paz, Diamande DC, Pavlovic, Semenyo, and others. Young players CA went up as well and he is not facing the injuries problem spurs have at the beginning of 2025/26 season.
No it's not possible to create one tactic a day like this at least it takes me two days to emulate a tactic and test it for 1 season + 1 day for writing the description and create the video and upload it. If I create a tactic which is not an emulation of some real life tactic it's the same. But maybe it could be that Josh has someone who creates and tests tactic for him ? I know other creators who work with friends and have a community of tactic testers. There is nothing wrong with it I guess. If his tactics don't work or his results are fake (e.g. he uses FMRTE?) that's bad and since I didn't test his tactics and I don't have time to do it I can't say anything about it . But the rythm he creates tactic can be explained with what I just said

I still don't understand why you video is in 2029 when you have it holiday tested (stated on the other website).
You have stated on the other website as well that you won 37 matches and draw 1 it give 97% of win and the table shows 85?
