Intro
This is nothing flashy at all, just a regular 4-4-2 for those who are stuck in the lower levels without founds to transfer your way out of trouble.

Tested
The tactic has worked great for me in FM thus far. It got me and my Dunajska Streda promoted from the second leauge in Slovakia and to the final in the cup. In our first season with the big boys we're contending for european qualification with a third of the season played.

The philosophy/tactic
Basicly it's based upon the same philosophy as Johannes3000's, with all stratergies/options set on default, however the roles are slightly modified. This allows for great flexibility with your 'in game'-management.



To clearify roles if you didn't understand them from the pic:
Poacher/Trequarista (choose sides depending on what's best for the poacher)
winger(s)/advanced playmaker(s)/central midfielder(d)/winger(s) (play the 'ap' on the opposite side of the trequart)
fullback(d)/central defender(d)/central defender(d)/fullback(d)
goalkeeper(d) (I usualy just play the goalie in whatever role my assistant says is his best in)

Key attributes
You won't ever find a better guide for this than the one in the game. You'll find it by entering a playerprofile, press 'attributes'->'view key attributes'->'the role in question' (the 'view key attributes'- button is found above the attributescolumn to the right). It's created to match the attributes the match-engine takes into consideration which means that they'll be the most effective ones.
