African Mega Database for FM14

I updated FuryG's African mega db by adding 2,039 African players, extending the number of players to 6,694 (4,655 FuryG + 2,039 lukafanzer).

All African players and teams are updated to 2014.
I updated some career and national records.
I removed ALL players duplicates.

This file work with the latest FM update/patch (14.3.0)
