    Hey RB, what exactly should happen with this database update? Portugal relegations and promotions are exactly the same as for the season 16/17...

    You have updated it this weekend? what exactly are the changes? Just tranfers? No changes of clubs that were relegated or promoted?

    Something's very wrong. The file is only 15KB and doesn't really include almost anything.

    Firstly you should disable adbock, then skip the first site, and you should be in mediafire and able to download it.
